All orders are crafted in the order they are received. If you wish to prioritize your order, you can add our "Rush Order" add on option for an additional $15. This ensures your order is moved to the top of the queue and shipped within 48 business hours of the RUSH purchase.

Processing Time

• Custom / Personalized Items: Made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
• Non‑Custom Items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days.
• Processing times do not include shipping transit time and may increase during peak seasons or promotions.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We ship via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
• Standard shipping delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

1. For name cards: size of the name will vary based on the characters and length of the name.
2. Wood products: All items are made from natural materials, thus will have different grain and texture differences, slight natural flaws and grain patterns.
3. All products are not designed for playing or chewing purposes.
4. Text and images are engraved and hand-painted so some variances may occur.
5. Product color may vary from images due to individual monitor differences. 

All custom and personalized items are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any custom products.

Non-customizable (ready-to-ship) items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
