4. Our team will design the placement of the drawings. If you wish to see the design before cutting, you may request that upon sending us the image. One revision is included to ensure your design is just right!

All orders are crafted in the order they are received. If you wish to prioritize your order, you can add our "Rush Order" add on option for an additional $15. This ensures your order is moved to the top of the queue and shipped within 48 business hours of the RUSH purchase.

All custom and personalized items are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any custom products.
Non-customizable (ready-to-ship) items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
